Independent Verification of GHG emissions for ROKYPLAST SAL

This Verification Engagement Report has been prepared by Global Quality Certification Egypt regarding the 2024 Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventory of ROKYPLAST SAL.
The engagement was conducted in accordance with ISO 14064-1:2018, ISO 14064-3:2019, and the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard, providing a reasonable level of assurance with a 5% materiality threshold.

Objectives and Scope
The main objective was to verify the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of ROKYPLAST’s reported GHG emissions for the calendar year 1 January – 31 December 2024.

● Organizational Boundary: Operational control approach covering the Blat-Jbeil facility in Lebanon.
● Facilities and Activities: Production lines, diesel generators, fleet vehicles, HVAC systems, storage units, and auxiliary energy use.
● GHGs Covered: CO₂, CH₄, N₂O, expressed as CO₂-equivalent using IPCC AR6 Global Warming Potentials (100-year).

Emission Sources:
o Scope 1: Diesel (676,490 liters), gasoline (5,000 liters), refrigerant leakage (1.5 kg R-410A).
o Scope 2: Indirect emissions from purchased electricity (~1,000 MWh).
o Scope 3: Not included in this cycle.
